主任、各位副主任、秘书长、各位委员:2007年12月2日,省十届人大常委会第三十次会议对《湖北省著名商标认定和保护条例(草案)》(以下简称草案)进行了审议。委员们认为,当前我省商标包括驰名商标、著名商标的发展比较滞后,与我省经济发展要求不相称。加强地方立法,进一步规范著名商标的认定和保护工作,对于我省实施商标战略、促进经济发展有重要意义。建议对草案作进一步研究修改后,提请下一届省人大常委会会议审议。
Director, Vice Presidents, Secretary General and Members: On December 2, 2007, the 30th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress on “Hubei Province Famous Trademark Determination and Protection (Draft)” (hereinafter referred to as the draft) Reviewed. Members believe that the current trademark in our province, including well-known trademarks, the development of well-known trademarks lagging behind, and our economic development requirements are not commensurate. Strengthening local legislation and further standardizing the recognition and protection of famous trademarks are of great significance to our province in implementing the trademark strategy and promoting economic development. Proposed to further study the draft revised, drew the next session of the Provincial People's Congress meeting for consideration.
