马绍纲,男,58岁,辽宁省义县人。中共党员,天津市第五中学历史教员,教务副主任。1950年参加教育工作。1953——1955年毕业于天津师范学院(今河北大学)历史系专修科。1956年开始做学科组长工作。1958年——1961年在北京师范大学历史系函授班进修。1961——1964年转入河北北京师院取得本科学历。在中学任教33年,任班主任28年,任史地学科组长26年。1979——1982年连续被评为区先进集体、市模范集体(政、史、地组)代表。从1959年开始参加天津市教育教学研究室历史学科业余研究工作。“文革”前后十一年间,参加历史教学资料编写工作,连续被聘为市教研室历史业余研究
