一些乡卫生院认为,与村卫生室争饭碗,提高了乡村医生的业务素质,增强了他们的竞争能力,影响乡卫生院的业务收入,教会徒弟,让他们和卫生院争饭碗是划不来的,因此对乡村医生的业务培训不重视或放手不管。洗马乡乡村医疗联合体的做法给我们提供了良好的经验。乡与村卫生机构,是完成农村初级卫生保健工作的两个关键层次,就农村卫生工作的大目标而言,并不是竞争关系。既加强乡卫生院建设,又加强村卫生室建设,初级卫生保健工作才有保障。洗马乡在这方面是有远见卓识的。愿更多的乡卫生院都能象洗马乡卫生院那样,有一点气魄,把乡村医生带好管好,为农村卫生工作开创一个新的局面。
