目的:进一步了解溶藻弧菌的致病情况。方法;采用小自鼠腹腔感染、乳鼠灌胃、家兔肠段结扎和平板溶血试验等方法,对从福建沿海地区的人和外环境标木中检出的部分溶藻弧菌进行致病因子检测和致病机理探讨。结果:发现小鼠感染此菌后3h即开始发病,至48h全部死亡;有5.5%和22.5%的菌株分别产生ST和LT肠毒素;有88.12%的菌株能产生溶血素。结论:证实该菌含有多种致病因子,具有较强的致病力。提示由该菌引起的腹泻和食物中毒应引起重视。
Objective: To further understand the pathogenesis of Vibrio alginolyticus. Methods: Some Alginolytic Vibrio acidolyticus (Vibrio parahaemolyticus) isolated from the pests in the coastal areas of Fujian and the outer environment were induced by intraperitoneal injection of small mice, gavage in suckling mice, intestinal segment ligation in rabbits and hemolysis test. Factor Detection and Pathogenesis. Results: The mice were found to be infected 3h after onset of the disease, all died to 48h; 5.5% and 22.5% of the strains were produced ST and LT enterotoxins; 88.12% of the strains can produce hemolysin . Conclusion: The bacteria confirmed that the bacteria contain a variety of pathogenic factors, has a strong virulence. Prompted by the bacteria caused by diarrhea and food poisoning should pay attention.
