应用西安碑林中药厂生产的金嗓开音丸治疗急性咽喉炎53例，有效率98．11％，与对照组（阿莫西林治疗21例，有效率95．24％）比较无统计学差异，说明中药金嗓开音丸与西药阿莫西林疗效相当，治疗急性咽喉炎均有明显疗效。
The use of Jinbei Kaiyin Pills produced by Xi’an Beilin Traditional Chinese Medicine Factory treated 53 cases of acute pharyngitis, with an effective rate of 98.11%. There was no statistical difference between the control group (21 cases with amoxicillin and the effective rate of 95.24%). The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine Jinqi Kaiyin Pill had the same efficacy as western medicine amoxicillin, and it had obvious curative effect in the treatment of acute pharyngitis.
