血清甲状腺素(T_4)和三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)的测定,对甲状腺功能判定有较强的特异性。由于各地区环境、生活条件、饮食习惯以及测定方法不同,其正常值也各异。我院于1984年6—7月对旅顺地区居民与军人297例健康人血清T_3、T_4含量进行了测定,并对其中陆勤、海勤及潜艇人员的T_3、T_4值做了比较。对象及方法 (一)检测对象:受试者系当地居民60例,驻军陆勤人员129,海勤56例,潜艇人员52例,共297例。男236例、女61例。年龄最小17岁,最大66岁,平均24.2岁。均经询问病史、体检、胸透、血尿常规检验、肝功检查及其它特殊检查,排除了血
Serum thyroxine (T_4) and triiodothyronine (T_3) determination of thyroid function has strong specificity. Due to the different regions of the environment, living conditions, eating habits and determination of different methods, their normal values are also different. In our hospital from June to July 1984, we measured the content of T_3 and T_4 in 297 healthy people among residents and soldiers in Lushun area, and compared the T_3 and T_4 values of Lu Qin, Hai Qin and submarine.
