第四军医大学流行病学教研室李良寿主任等来信,认为“这是一种什么流行病?”的讨论,对读者有不少启发和帮助。但又感到讨论分上下两部份,第一部份只是简单提示,第二部份即和盘托出,这样,给读者分析、思考余地似乎较少。建议材料分三部份发表,第一部份为初步调查概要,第二部份为深入调查与结果,第三部份为讨论与分析。这次讨论按后者形式发表。希望读者根据自己的感受和体会,对这两种讨论形式提出自己的看法,供我们组稿、选稿时参考。

However, I feel that the discussion is divided into two parts. The first part is a simple reminder. The second part is a piecemeal analysis. In this way, readers are left with less room for analysis. The proposed materials are published in three parts. The first part is a summary of the preliminary survey. The second part is the in-depth investigation and the result. The third part is for discussion and analysis. The discussion was published in the latter format. I hope readers according to their own feelings and feelings of the two forms of discussion put forward their own views for our group draft, the manuscript reference.
