近年来,养牛业的发展日益兴旺,砷制剂作为一种常用饲料添加剂,可以刺激动物生长,提高饲料利用率,还可以减少饲养动物感染细菌、病毒和虫害的几率。但砷制剂的滥用会导致牛肉砷残留,人食用摄入而对人体健康造成危害。因此有必要建立高效可靠的砷制剂检测方法。而目前牛肉砷残留检测方面,气相色谱前处理比较复杂,而高效液相色谱(HPLC)可以将多种砷形态有效分离,电感稱合等离子体质谱具有抗干扰能力强、灵敏度高和线性范围宽的特点,因此HPLC和ICP-MS联用在农产品砷形态分析中的应用越来越广泛。采用HPLC-ICPMS检测牛肉中不同形态的砷,方法的线性良好,灵敏度高,检测限较低,平均回收率81.5%~103.6%。相对标准偏差1.8%~4.5%。

The determination of arsenic in beef by HPLC-ICPMS showed good linearity, high sensitivity and low detection limit. The average recoveries ranged from 81.5% to 103.6%.
