课程资源是决定课程目标能否达成的重要因素之一.积极开发和有效利用课程资源是物理新课程实施的重要保障,是物理课程改革的重要环节,也是落实课程目标,全面提高学生科学素养的重要途径.课程标准(2011年版)指出:“社会教育资源主要来源于报刊、电视、展览、科技馆、少年宫、公共图书馆,以及工厂、农村、科研单位、大专院校等.为了让所有学生都受到良好的科学教育,除了学校教育的主渠道之外,充分开发社会教育资源也是一个非常重要的方面.”因此,教师应结合当地实际,积极开发和利用
