当前抗旱性材料的筛选方法虽然较多,但还存在一些问题,应用也不够普遍。我们将国外学者在小麦抗旱性筛选中所创立的“蔗糖溶液处理法”在大麦抗旱材料筛选中的应用做了初步的探讨。
Although there are many screening methods for drought-resistant materials at present, some problems still exist and their application is not universal enough. We have discussed the application of “sucrose solution treatment method” established by foreign scholars in the screening of wheat drought resistance in the screening of barley drought-resistant materials.
