对作物不同产量潜力品种特征特性的研究,不仅可以丰富作物生理知识,而且可以为作物育种和栽培提供理论依据。卢川北曾对甘蔗栽培品种的更替与叶片组织结构特点的关系进行了较为系统的研究;孙世贤、王群英等也从栽培角度分别研究了不同营养条件下玉米茎、叶组织结构的影响;陈化榜则从育种角度出发,分析了50年代以来我国小麦品种的演变过程中,植株形态特征的变化规律。前人对禾本科作物玉米(左宝玉等,1991)和小麦(Henson,I.E.et al.,1989)的气孔效应也曾做过详细报道。但迄今,对小麦不同产量潜力品种组织结构特点的研究还少见报道。对小麦品种更替过程中组织结构变化规律进行研究,可明确小麦高产品种的组织结构特点,为小麦超高产育种和栽培提供理论依据。
Studying the characteristics and characteristics of crops with different yield potential can not only enrich crop physiological knowledge, but also provide theoretical basis for crop breeding and cultivation. From the perspective of breeding, the changing regularity of plant morphology during the evolution of wheat cultivars in China since the 1950s was analyzed. The stomatal effects of gramineous crops such as corn (Zuo Baoyu et al., 1991) and wheat (Henson, I.E. et al., 1989) have also been reported in detail. However, so far, the research on the characteristics of tissue structure of wheat with different yield potential has not been reported yet. Studying the regularity of the change of the tissue structure during the wheat variety alternation can clarify the characteristics of the tissue structure of high-yield wheat varieties and provide a theoretical basis for the breeding and cultivation of the wheat with high yield.
