在中专护理教学过程中,受到传统教学理念的影响,存在教学内容陈旧、知识滞后、教学方法单一等现象阻碍了护理专业的发展。为改变现状,我院不断深化护理教育改革,从基础实验室建设入手,提高整体师资队伍建设,促进国际化交流、优化培训模式,着重培养学生的综合素质能力,为社会培养更多的适应性、专业性的护理人才,满足社会的需求。
In the process of secondary school nursing teaching, subject to the influence of the traditional teaching concept, the existence of obsolete teaching contents, backward knowledge and single teaching methods have hindered the development of nursing profession.
