当前社会经济政治文化深入发展的关键在于信息的储存和利用。因而档案系统的建设和管理成为当前各行业长远发展的重点环节。对于中等职业学校而言,加强特色档案管理,能够丰富学校的人文历史,为学校的长足发展提供丰富的信息资源。因而本文从中等职业学校特色档案管理的重要性入手,分析档案建设工作的相关事项,探究中等职业学校如何基于档案建设工作进行特色档案管理的优化发展,以期完善中等职业学校现有的特色档案管理形式,增强中等职业学校特色档案的作用,为其他院校和行业的特色档案管理提供建议和借鉴。
