随着国家对高等职业教育的投入力度不断增大,其几乎占据了高等教育的半壁江山。社会对高职教育的认可度不断提高也是促使高职教育蓬勃发展的重要推力。高等教育的普及是国民素质提高的根本途径,但由此带来的就业压力激增也是不可忽视的社会问题。大学生就业时,其职业技能固然是衡量基本工作能力与综合素质的标尺,但职业操守乃至道德品质越来越成为用人单位关注的重点问题。本文从提高高职毕业生德育修养为切入点,论述现阶段我国高职院校在思想政治教育中,理论与实践的有效衔接,以期为高职思想政治教育的全面有效提升提供意见与建议,为高职院校培养出德才兼备、综合素质高的人才做出应有贡献。
