本文围绕广东地区高职院校更高质量职业指导进行了探讨,指出更高质量职业指导存在“急功近利”问题严重、缺乏针对性、存在单一性、等问题和原因,提出充分认识职业指导内涵,树立以更高质量职业指导为目标的考核激励机制;加强职业指导队伍建设,做到人员专业化、专家化;加强“个性化”职业咨询和“针对性”职业指导推进更高质量职业指导。
This article focuses on higher quality vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province.
