目的识别测定过程中干扰因素的关键环节,以提高检测的准确度。方法应用测量不确定度定量评定方法分析测量过程中不确定度的来源,识别其中的主要来源。结果主要影响因素有:①工作曲线拟合时引入的误差,②标准溶液配制时引入的误差,③采样不准确引入的误差,④解吸率高低引入的误差,⑤样品重复测定时引入的误差,⑥样品解吸时加入解吸液的量引入的误差,最后使6种影响因素具体量化。结论用不确定度定量分析车间空气中苯测定的干扰因素对质量控制有实际意义,结果更加符合实际情况。
Objective To identify the key aspects of the interference in the determination of the process to improve the accuracy of the test. Methods The method of quantitative evaluation of measurement uncertainty was used to analyze the sources of uncertainty in the measurement process and identify the main sources. The main influencing factors of the results are as follows: ① the error introduced when the working curve is fitted, ② the error introduced when the standard solution is prepared, ③ the error introduced by the sampling inaccuracy, ④ the error introduced by the desorption rate, the error introduced when the sample is repeatedly measured, ⑥ sample desorption desorption solution introduced into the amount of error, and finally the six kinds of specific factors to quantify. Conclusion The quantification of uncertainty in the determination of benzene in the air in the workshop has practical significance for quality control and results are more in line with the actual situation.
