随着加工工艺的发展,社会生产仪器设备也日趋精细。社会化大批量生产必须保证高度精密的仪器,才能保证精细化、标准化,尤其对于高度要求的军事机械生产等。而中心偏测量是机械制造加工时的一种较为重要的测量,测量机械精度对中心偏测量又有着与之相似的作用。本文在查阅先关资料以及实地考察外,首先介绍了中心偏精度工作基本原理,然后分析研究了机械精度对中心偏测量精度的影响,最后结合先进经验,提出了一些提高或者有效控制中心偏测量精度的有效措施。
