本刊讯10月23日至25日,省人大常委会副主任肖志恒率调研组先后到深圳、广州开展信访立法调研。调研组与两市人大常委会、市信访局、部分区信访局和街道基层信访干部座谈,就如何实行诉讼访与信访分离制度,如何规范接访工作行为和信访秩序等问题听取了意见和建议。与会人员结合自身工作实际,提出了当前信访工作
