学校教育要实现促进学生和谐的、全面的发展,离不开学校和家庭的密切联系和配合。学校和家庭,不仅要一致行动,向学生提出同样的要求,而且要志同道合,抱着一致的信念,始终从同样的原则出发。无论在教育的目的、过程还是手段上,都要达成共识,尽量避免发生分歧。很多学校管理者和广大教师深知家校互动的重要性,但是在传统的教育教学体系中,学校、教师、家长、学生之间却一直难以找到一种有效的互动、沟通方式。如何创建一套完善的互动体系,如何采取有效的沟通方式,如何发挥学校的管理职能,如何引导家长积极配合,相信在您读完本期《交流平台》栏目后,会有一定的启发与帮助。本栏目近期交流主题:校长该不该走进课堂?栏目主持人电子信箱:liyuanyuan1981@126.com
