学生管理是技工学校管理的重要组成部分,是保证教育目标实现的有效途径。在国家大力发展职业教育这一新的历史条件下,学生管理工作的重要性日益凸显。作为从事学生管理的教育工作者,如何针对时代特点并结合学校、学生实际进一步增强学生管理的针对性和有效性,开创学生管理工作的新局面,是当前和今后一个时期需要深入研究解决的课题。笔者结合工作实践,现就如何加强技工学校学生管理工作谈几点粗浅认识。
Student management is an important part of the management of technical schools and an effective way to ensure the realization of educational goals. Under the new historical condition of vigorously developing vocational education in our country, the importance of student management has become increasingly prominent. As an educator engaged in student management, according to the characteristics of the times and combining with the schools and students, students should further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of student management and create a new situation in student management, which is a subject that needs further study and solution in the current and future period . The author combines the work practice, now on how to strengthen the management of students in technical schools to talk a few superficial understanding.
