中等职业学校班主任面对的是一群素质参差不齐的学生。大部分学生缺乏自信,人生目标模糊,作为班主任要通过教育使学生重拾自信,发掘自己的潜力,重新认识自己,体味生活和生命的乐趣。有创意的活动不失为一种有效的教育手段。班主任在活动中通过自己的创意,带动学生积极思维,参与活动,认识自我价值,获得成功的乐趣,同时班主任也获得了学生的认同,学生和老师都获得了提升。
