近年认为,脂类自由基过氧化物氧化激活是发生许多心血管疾病的起动机制。脂类过氧化反应的产物过剩在冠心病的发病机理中起重要作用。因此在冠心病的治疗中已开始应用抗氧化剂包括药物和食品添加剂。本文报告作者关于抗动脉粥样硬化平衡饮食(素食)疗法对老年冠心病患者自由基氧化过程的影响进行研究的结果。
In recent years, lipid peroxidation of lipid peroxide activation is the initiation of many cardiovascular diseases. Lipid peroxidation of the excess product in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease play an important role. Therefore, in the treatment of coronary heart disease have begun to use antioxidants, including drugs and food additives. This article reports the authors’ results on the study of the effects of anti-atherosclerotic balanced diet (vegetarian) therapy on free radical oxidation in elderly patients with coronary artery disease.
