国家软实力是指一个国家制度、文化和意识形态的吸引力和向心力。当今世界在一定意义上可以说是政党政治的世界,政党制度在国家政治制度中处于核心地位,是现代民主政治运行的必要条件,是国家软实力的重要标志;作为中国基本政治制度的多党合作制度,是中国国家软实力的重要组成部分;多党合作制度在国家政治生活中发挥的科学民主决策、政治参与、社会整合、民主监督、维护稳定、集中力量进行现代化建设的功能,凸显出强大的政治软实力。提升国家软实力,关键在于加强多党合作制度化建设。
National soft power refers to the attractiveness and solidarity of a nation’s system, culture and ideology. In a certain sense, the world today can be described as the world of party politics. The party system is at the core of the national political system and is a necessary condition for the operation of modern democratic politics and an important symbol of the country’s soft power. The multi-party system as the basic political system of China The cooperation system is an important part of China’s national soft power.
