丽水市的厂务公开工作从1999年开始在国有企业、集体企业推行,之后逐步向事业单位、非公企业推开。近几年来,该市在巩固国有、集体企事业单位公开民主管理成果的基础上.不断加大在非公企业推行厂务公开的力度,推开面从规模以上非公企业逐步向中小企业扩展.并积极探索推行区域性、行业性职工代表大会(以下简称“职代会”)和厂务公开工作。该市的厂务公开工作经过10多年的努力实践,积累了宝贵的经验,取得了可喜的成绩,该市被评为全国厂务公开工作先进市。

After more than 10 years of hard work, the city’s factory work openness has accumulated valuable experience and achieved gratifying results. The city was awarded the title of “Advanced Factory for Open Factory Work in the People’s Republic of China”.
