本文结合作者担任班主任工作的积累,就如何针对当代高职学生的特点,有效开展高职班主任工作进行了思考,并指出了做好班主任工作的一些策略问题。
Based on the author ’s accumulation as a teacher in charge of class, this essay ponders how to effectively carry out the work of director in charge of higher vocational students in light of the characteristics of contemporary students in higher vocational colleges and points out some strategic issues in doing the work of class teacher.
