中国北方最大图书交易中心——新华书店北方图书城在沈阳落成,于7月11日正式开业。 新华书店北方图书城是由辽宁省新华书店、辽宁人民出版社、辽宁教育出版社、辽宁画报社等单位共同投资经营的大型综合图书发行企业,是集批发、零售、招商、代理、服务为一体的多功能图书音像贸易中心。 图书城占地面积1.5万平方米,主楼6层,建筑面积1万平方米。1～3层为零售大厅,4～5层为招商大厅,6层为会议厅、洽谈室、写字间,装有自动扶梯和货梯。与之配套的副楼面积有1.2万平方米,拥有办公、库房、车库、食宿、娱乐等设施。
