低碳普通钢或合金钢经强烈淬火形成低碳马氏体组织后,具有强度高和塑性、韧性好的优点,可以代替一部分渗碳和中碳合金钢制作工件。近年来我国机械部门大力推广这种工艺。以下列举一些单位对所用工件进行热处理后得到试验数据,如表1所示。 A3、20号钢原破坏强度仅38~42公斤/毫米~2,经处理后可达106.7~149公斤/毫米~2,为原值的2.7~3.5倍,并提高了韧性。我局对一些A_3钢试件进行处理,得到以下结果: 1.热处理后工件的性能截面为30×6毫米,长200~300毫米的A_3钢条,热处理前的破坏拉力为43公斤/毫米~2。热处理后在100公斤/毫米~2左右的拉力下仍未破坏(见表2)。 2.带电作业工具鱼头前后卡鱼头前后卡(图
