渗硼可以使钢铁零件和某些合金获得高硬度、高耐磨性、抗腐蚀、耐高温氧化等,是提高钢件零件质量的一项有推广价值和发展前途的工艺。近几年来,国外对渗硼工艺也给予了应有的重视,苏联、日本、美国、西德等国,开展了大量的研究工作。我国对于渗硼工艺的研究是从1958年开始的,近几年来取得了不少成效,如冷作模具,要求耐磨、耐蚀的氮肥设备和排污阀门的阀杆等零件应用渗硼工艺后,取得了较好的效果。渗硼有四种方法:固体渗硼法,盐浴渗硼法,电解渗硼法,气体渗硼法(处于试验室阶段)。目前国内应用较多的是盐浴渗硼法。现将几个单位的渗硼经验介绍如下,供大家参考。
