企业家创业,职业经理人管理,这本是一种合理分工。可职业经理人似乎更是一个让人既爱又恨的角色。究其原因,恐怕与近年来层出不穷的职业经理人背叛事件及其不良影响不无关系。职业经理人的背叛行为往往与其所处环境有关。其微观环境主要指企业制度、与所有者的关系、激励与约束机制、企业文化等:宏观环境主要指影响职业经理人从事经营活动和成长的社会经济政治条件以及市场环境,如经济体制、政治体制环境、市场发育程度和市场秩序等。此外,职业经理人个人素质也是重要因素。导致职业经理人背叛的三个方面的主要动因,见下图。
