我科1988年1月至1990年12月,应用高剂量顺铂为主的PPV 方案,顺氯铵铂(DDP)+平阳霉素(PYM)+长春新碱(VCR)对口腔鳞形细胞癌术前诱导化疗43例,现将近期疗效报告如下。临床资料一、病例选择:男27例,女16例;年龄28～66岁,平均48.6岁。发病部位:舌24例,颊粘膜8例,牙龈2例,口底3例,软腭5例,颌骨1例。初治者38例,复治者5例。根据1982年UICC 修订的TNM 分期,其中Ⅲ期13例,Ⅳ期25例。术前病理分级:鳞癌Ⅰ级19例,Ⅱ
In our department from January 1988 to December 1990, a high-dose cisplatin-based PPV regimen was used, with cisplatin platinum (DDP) + pingyangmycin (PYM) + vincristine (VCR) on oral squamous cell carcinoma Preoperative induction chemotherapy in 43 cases, the current short-term results are reported below. Clinical data 1. Case selection: 27 males and 16 females; aged 28 to 66 years, mean 48.6 years old. Sites of attack: 24 cases of tongue, 8 cases of buccal mucosa, 2 cases of gums, 3 cases of floor of mouth, 5 cases of soft palate, and 1 case of jaw. There were 38 cases of initial treatment and 5 cases of retreatment. According to the TNM staging revised by UICC in 1982, there were 13 cases in stage III and 25 cases in stage IV.
