Big data not only brings about revolutionary changes in technology and industry but also has a huge impact on traditional S & T intelligence services. Key elements of SIS services, including sources of information and data, analytical methods, software tools, applications, policy environment, service providers and even service concepts, will all change fundamentally with the advent of the Big Data era.
