1.概述 在机械加工中,我们会碰到在深长内孔中开凿封闭油槽,如规格4mm × 2mm、5mm×2mm(宽×深)的例子,这些油槽两端往往不能加工穿,即槽口距孔两端有一定距离(约4～5mm)。 这些油槽可以由钳工用凿子凿出,或放在铣床上用铣刀铣出,然后,由钳工在油槽中心位置处钻好外壁注油孔。
1. Overview In machining, we encounter the case of drilling a closed oil groove in a deep bore, such as 4 mm × 2 mm, 5 mm × 2 mm (W × D), where both ends of the groove can not be machined, that is, notches There is a certain distance from the two ends of the hole (about 4 ~ 5mm). These tanks can be chiselled by a fitter or milled by a milling cutter on a milling machine. The fitter then drills the outer wall oil hole at the center of the sump.
