我厂生产电站锅炉产品中,有部分不锈钢零件,其材质是Cr_(20)Ni_(14)Si_2(铬镍硅不锈钢)和CrNi_(18)T(19)(耐热耐酸不锈钢)。这些材料是高韧性导热系数低的难加工材料,在高温高压下,材质的强度和硬度变化不大,因此,在切削过程中切削阻抗力大,发热量大、温升高,导致刀具易于磨损,工件光洁度难以满足工艺要求,在钻削和铣削加工中该现象更为严重,工人师傅们最怕加工此类零件。
