0 前言 当今,随着科学技术的进步,对材料性能的要求愈加苛刻。不断改进热处理工艺以充分发掘材料耐磨性、疲劳强度等表面性能就愈益显示出其重要意义。本文仅就热处理气氛作一概述。 钢件在热处理过程中往往要同时产生氧化、脱碳,容易成为产生淬火裂纹的原因。也使钢件的表面硬度下降,从而显著降低疲劳强度。研究热处理气氛有两个目的,一是防止工件在加热过程中的氧化和脱碳;二是对工件进行化学热处理,以有效地改变钢的表面成分。
0 Preface Nowadays, with the progress of science and technology, the performance requirements of materials are more and more harsh. Continuously improve the heat treatment process to fully explore the material wear resistance, fatigue strength and other surface properties have increasingly shown its significance. This article gives an overview of the heat treatment atmosphere. Steel in the heat treatment process often have both oxidation and decarburization, easy to become the cause of quenching cracks. Also reduce the surface hardness of steel, thereby significantly reducing the fatigue strength. Study of the heat treatment atmosphere has two purposes, one is to prevent the workpiece in the heating process of oxidation and decarbonization; the second is the chemical heat treatment of the workpiece to effectively change the surface composition of the steel.
