克林顿执政时期美国经济持续增长,被世人称为“新经济”。这一现象的出现是与克林顿施行的经济理论和经济政策分不开的。高科技产业化成为经济增长的主要推动力与基本特征。在经济增长的同时,克林顿政府还就积弊已久的社会问题进行了改革。
The U.S. economy continued to grow during the Clinton administration and was called “the new economy” by the world. The appearance of this phenomenon is inseparable from the economic theory and economic policies carried out by Clinton. High-tech industrialization has become the main driving force and basic feature of economic growth. At the same time of economic growth, the Clinton administration also carried out reforms on the long-standing problem of social problems.
