目的了解孝感市人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染人群的戊型肝炎病毒(hepatitis E viral,HEV)流行情况,为更有效地开展艾滋病和戊肝防治工作提供科学依据。方法采集2015年5月~2016年9月203份HIV感染人群的血清样本,从中国疾病控制信息系统收集孝感市203名HIV感染人群的人口学资料、其他疾病感染史、实验室数据,血清进行抗-HEV IgG、抗-HEV IgM、HEV抗原(HEV antigen,HEVAg)筛查,并对抗-HEV Ig M阳性进行肝功能筛查。结果 203名HIV感染人群抗-HEV IgM阳性率为2.46%,抗-HEV IgG阳性率为46.31%(94/203)。抗-HEV IgG阳性率在性别上差异无统计学意义(X~2=0,P=0.996)。离异组抗-HEV IgG阳性率高达80%,与其他婚姻状况组的差异有统计学意义(均有P<0.05)。CD4值≤200cell/μl的人群抗-HEV IgG阳性率与CD4>200 cell/μl的人群抗-HEV Ig G阳性率差异无统计学意义(X~2=0.286,P=0.593);2个抗-HEV IgM阳性患者的CD4值分别为189 cell/μl和199 cell/μl,且1个肝功能异常。7个县市区抗-HEV IgG阳性率差异无统计学意义(2=5.906,P=0.551)。结论孝感市HIV感染人群HEV感染较高,积极开展两病双向筛查的同时需采取有针对性地预防和治疗措施。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of hepatitis E virus (HEV) in people infected with HIV in Xiaogan City and to provide a scientific basis for more effective prevention and control of AIDS and Hepatitis E virus. METHODS: Serum samples from 203 HIV-infected individuals from May 2015 to September 2016 were collected. Demographic data of 203 HIV-infected people in Xiaogan from the China Disease Control Information System were collected. The data of other diseases, laboratory data, serum Anti-HEV IgG, anti-HEV IgM, HEV antigen (HEVAg) screening and liver function screening against anti-HEV IgM positive. Results The positive rate of anti-HEV IgM in 203 HIV-infected persons was 2.46%, and the positive rate of anti-HEV IgG was 46.31% (94/203). The positive rate of anti-HEV IgG in gender was not statistically significant (X ~ 2 = 0, P = 0.996). Divided group anti-HEV IgG positive rate as high as 80%, and other marital status group differences were statistically significant (both P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of anti-HEV IgG between the population with CD4 value ≤200cell / μl and that with CD4> 200cell / μl (X ~ 2 = 0.286, P = 0.593) The CD4 values for -HEV IgM-positive patients were 189 cell / μl and 199 cell / μl, respectively, and one liver function was abnormal. The positive rates of anti-HEV IgG in 7 counties were not statistically different (2 = 5.906, P = 0.551). Conclusion HIV infection in Xiaogan City, higher infection of HEV, and actively carry out two-way screening two-way at the same time need to take targeted prevention and treatment measures.
