班主任在中职教育中处于重要地位。班主任对学生的了解程度,与学生的沟通效果、班级氛围的营造等直接关系到学生的全面成长和中职教育的成果。我结合自身的实际工作,对中职班主任工作现状进行分析,并提出完善中职班主任工作的具体方法和对策。
Class teacher in secondary vocational education is in an important position. The class teacher’s understanding of the students, the communication effect with the students and the construction of class atmosphere are directly related to the students’ overall growth and the achievements of secondary vocational education. I combine my own practical work to analyze the status quo of the work of director of secondary vocational schools, and put forward specific methods and countermeasures to improve the work of director of secondary vocational schools.
