近几年来,我国迈进了经济快速发展的时期,不仅使得我国的科学技术水平不断提高而且带动了经济建设的快速发展,而企业作为我国经济发展的重要组成部分只有做好各方面工作才能够保证企业的稳定健康发展,创造更多的经济效益从而推动我国整体经济的进一步发展。通过对当前我国企业工会工作的研究,发现传统的工会工作方式已经不再适应现阶段我国的发展,必须要对工作中存在的问题进行改进和创新才能够保证创新企业工会工作的顺利开展。

As an important part of China’s economic development, enterprises can only ensure that all aspects of their work are carried out The stable and healthy development of enterprises will create more economic benefits and thus promote the further development of our overall economy. Through the research on the current trade union work in our country, we find that the traditional work methods of trade unions no longer adapt to the development of our country at this stage. We must improve and innovate the existing problems in our work so as to ensure the smooth development of trade union work in innovative enterprises.
