全国法院知识产权审判工作座谈会暨知识产权审判工作先进集体和先进个人表彰大会于2008年11月28日至29日在重庆召开。北京市第一中级人民法院民事审判第五庭等40个先进集体和北京市高级人民法院民事审判第三庭助理审判员李燕蓉等50名先进个人受到表彰。最高人民法院副院长奚晓明出席会议并发表讲话。重庆市委副书记张轩、重庆市高级人民法院院长钱峰出席了会议并分别致辞。奚晓明在讲话中对2008年以来全国知识产权审判工作的新进展进行了回顾,对如何确保知识产权审判的政治方向,如何确保实现知识产权审判工作的全面协调可持续发展,如何确保司法保护知识产权主导作用的充分发挥提出了新要求。
