一、“全国汽车配件交易会”的主办权属商会的事实不容置疑。1、在2002年12月24日的中国汽车工业销售总公司(以下简称中汽销)和中华全国工商业联合会汽车摩托车配件用品业商会(以下简称商会)在联合举办全国汽车配件交易会的《协议书》中明确指出,“中国汽车工业销售总公司与中华全国工商业联合会汽车摩托车配件业商会经过友好协商,为更好地发挥各自在行业中的优势,决定联合主办‘全国汽车配件交易会’”。
