目的:研究升清胶囊对肝细胞氧化损伤模型生化指标的影响。方法:本实验分为正常组、模型组、空白血清组和升清胶囊药物血清组4组,空白血清组和升清胶囊药物血清组给予相应血清干预,观察4组相关生化指标(细胞外LDH,细胞内MDA、GSH和SOD)的变化。结果:LDH、MDA在模型组中达到较高的水平,而GSH、SOD活力处于较低的水平,相对于模型组,升清胶囊血清组细胞外LDH、细胞内MDA的含量降低(P<0.01),细胞内SOD、GSH的含量增高(P<0.01)。结论:表明升清胶囊可以减轻肝细胞的氧化损伤程度,提高肝细胞的抗氧化能力,有利于细胞损伤的修复。
Objective: To study the effect of Shengqing Capsule on the biochemical indexes of hepatocellular oxidative damage model. Methods: The experiment was divided into 4 groups: normal group, model group, blank serum group and Shengqing capsule drug serum group, blank serum group and Shengqing capsule drug serum group. Corresponding serum interventions were carried out. Four groups of related biochemical indexes (extracellular LDH , Intracellular MDA, GSH and SOD). Results: Compared with the model group, the LDH and MDA levels in the model group reached a higher level and the activities of GSH and SOD were lower than those in the model group (P <0.01) ), Intracellular SOD, GSH levels increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Shengqing Capsule can reduce the degree of oxidative damage of hepatocytes and improve the antioxidant capacity of hepatocytes, which is good for the repair of cell injury.
