目的:观察化痰燥湿中药对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的高雄激素血症干预作用。方法:采用DHEA造模法建立POCS高雄激素血症的大鼠模型,在成功建立大鼠模型的基础后,给大鼠灌服何贵翔教授的经验方化痰燥湿汤,设正常空白组、西药组为对照,观察大鼠性激素水平的变化及卵巢病理情况。结果:化痰燥湿组大鼠血清T明显下降(P<0.05),囊性卵泡数量减少,黄体数量增多。达英组血清T(P>0.05);螺内酯组大鼠的血清T(P>0.05)与模型组相比均未见明显差异。结论:“DHEA”诱导的PCOS动物模型适用于观察具有短期疗效的药物,化痰燥湿药物治疗PCOS疗效较确切,并且能在短期内起效。
Objective: To observe the effect of Huatan dampness on hyperandrogenism in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods: The rat model of hyperandrogenism with POCS was established by DHEA modeling. After the successful establishment of the rat model, rats were drenched with Professor He Guixiang’s experimental prescription of Huatanghuantang Decoction. The normal blank group and western medicine Group as a control, observation of sex hormone levels in rats and ovarian pathology. Results: The serum T of Huatan dampness group decreased significantly (P <0.05), the number of cystic follicles decreased and the number of corpus luteum increased. Serum T (P> 0.05) in group A and group B; there was no significant difference in serum T (P> 0.05) between model group and spironolactone group. Conclusion: The animal model of PCOS induced by “DHEA” is suitable for the observation of drugs with short-term curative effect. The treatment of PCOS with phlegm-dampness and dampness drugs is more exact and can take effect in a short period of time.
