罗干:妇女儿童问题是国际社会普遍关注的问题。近半个世纪以来,为保障妇女儿童的权益,世界各国进行了不懈的努力,取得了令人瞩目的成就。然而,侵害妇女儿童权益的问题还不同程度地存在,尤其是拐卖妇女儿童、对儿童进行商业性剥削等跨国、跨地区犯罪,严重危害了妇女儿童的生存和发展。如何运用法律手段,充分,有效地保障妇女儿童的人格,尊严和各项权利,是当今世界各国面临的一个重要课题。
Luo Gan: Women’s and children’s issues are a common concern of the international community. For nearly half a century, various countries in the world have made unremitting efforts and made remarkable achievements in safeguarding the rights and interests of women and children. However, the problems that infringe the rights and interests of women and children still exist to varying degrees. In particular, transnational and trans-regional crimes such as the trafficking of women and children and the commercial exploitation of children have seriously endangered the survival and development of women and children. How to use legal means to fully and effectively protect the personality, dignity and rights of women and children is an important issue facing all countries in the world today.
