经导管动脉化学栓塞(TACE)治疗中晚期原发性肝癌208例次中,并发以下5种急症:急性上消化道出血31例、急性心功能不全4例、急性骨髓抑制2例、自发性肝癌破裂2例、急性肝功能衰竭1例。总结这些并发症的诊治经验,有助于临床更安全更有效地应用TACE 术。
Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) was used to treat 208 cases of advanced primary liver cancer. The following five kinds of emergencies were complicated: 31 cases of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding, 4 cases of acute cardiac insufficiency, 2 cases of acute bone marrow suppression, and spontaneous hepatocellular carcinoma Two cases of rupture and one case of acute liver failure. Summarizing the experience of diagnosis and treatment of these complications can help the clinical application of TACE more safely and effectively.
