The number of motor vehicle drivers in our country has reached more than 40 million and has been growing by a large percentage each year. Motor vehicle driving has changed from a simple professional function to a common skill in daily life and work. However, the driver’s awareness of the legal protection of self-protection of legitimate rights and interests in participating in traffic activities is rather weak.
