目的:用HPLC法测定复方盐酸赛克力嗪片中的维生素B_6、咖啡因和盐酸赛克力嗪的含量。方法:以μBondapak C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,10 μm)为固定相,流动相为乙腈-1.5%二乙胺(磷酸调pH4.5)(30:70),检测波长为225 nm,采用外标法。结果:维生素B_6线性范围为12.51—62.53μg·mL~(-1),咖啡因线性范围为83.38—416.88μg·mL~(-1),盐酸赛克力嗪线性范围为41.69—208.44μg·mL~(-1)。回收率分别为100.0%,100.1%,99.1%。结论:本法结果准确,重现性良好,方法简便。以此法测定维生素B_6、咖啡因和盐酸赛克力嗪的含量,较原方法合理,准确,简便。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of vitamin B 6, caffeine and zilone in hydrochloric acid by HPLC method. Methods: μBondapak C_ (18) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 10 μm) was used as the stationary phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1.5% diethylamine nm, using external standard method. Results: The linear range of vitamin B_6 was 12.51-62.53μg · mL -1, the linear range of caffeine was 83.38-416.88μg · mL -1, the linear range of cyclotrine hydrochloride was 41.69-208.44μg · mL ~ (-1). The recoveries were 100.0%, 100.1% and 99.1%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is accurate, reproducible and easy to use. This method for the determination of vitamin B_6, caffeine and hydrocodone hydrochloride content than the original method is reasonable, accurate and simple.
