HFC32作为HCFC22理想可替代制冷工质之一,由于其和谐兼顾环保安全、节能减排以及市场转轨等诸方面要求,逐渐成为了替代应用研究的热点。本文基于目前国际上的制冷工质材料相容性研究方法,综合考虑HFC32和润滑油热物理性质,建立了一套针对性的材料相容性实验测试方法,实验研究了设定工况下HFC32及润滑油PVE与选定的压缩机密封材料PET和PA的相容性。结果表明:HFC32/PVE与PET和PA,在低水分浓度的润滑油测试条件下,具有较好的相容性。但在高水分浓度的润滑油及高温环境的测试下,PET材料的性能下降幅度要大于PA材料。
HFC32 is one of the ideal alternative refrigerants for HCFC22, and has gradually become a hot spot for alternative application research because of its requirements of environmental protection and safety, energy saving and emission reduction, and market transition. Based on the current international research methods for the compatibility of refrigerant refrigerants, considering the thermal physical properties of HFC32 and lubricants, a set of experimental methods for testing the material compatibility are established. The experimental study on the HFC32 And the compatibility of the lubricant PVE with the selected compressor sealant PET and PA. The results show that HFC32 / PVE has good compatibility with PET and PA under the test conditions of low water concentration lubricating oil. However, under the test of high water content lubricating oil and high temperature environment, the performance of PET material decreased more than PA material.
