血管球瘤是一种甚为少见的良性肿瘤,多见于四肢手指或足趾.发生于身体其它部位十分少见,常易漏诊或误诊.我院自1987-1996年发现3例膝关节周围的血管球瘤,经手术切除和病理检查证实.效果满意.1 临床资料男性1例,女性2例.年龄:25-35岁.最长病史7年,最短2年.发生部位:膝关节周围,内侧1例,外侧2例,均为单发.临床诊断:局限性剧烈触痛为该病最显著特征.疼
