本文论述了结晶器对提高连铸机生产率的重要性。分析了结晶器传热特点指出;凝固壳与铜璧交界面构成了传热主要热阻。从结晶器热平衡的试验指出了改善结晶传热,增加坯壳厚度,以增加拉速防止拉漏的可能性。讨论了设计结晶器主要参数的选择原则。
This article discusses the importance of molds to improve the productivity of continuous casting machines. The heat transfer characteristics of the mold are analyzed. The interface between the solidified shell and the copper and copper plate forms the main heat transfer resistance. From the mold heat balance test pointed out to improve the crystallization heat transfer, increase the thickness of the blank shell, in order to increase the rate of pulling to prevent the possibility of leakage. The principle of selecting the main parameters of mold design was discussed.
