创造性思维是现代人思维方式的必然选择,它最大限度地发挥了思维主体的主动性。创造性思维不拘于已有结论,不迷信权威,力求从新的角度、用新的方式找到新的不同的结论,因而具有开拓性和开放性。在班级管理中,我尝试运用创造性思维,得到意想不到的效果,下面我从几个方面来谈谈。
Creative thinking is an inevitable choice for modern people’s way of thinking. It maximizes the initiative of thinking subjects. Creative thinking does not limit the existing conclusions, does not superstitiously believe in authority, and seeks to find new and different conclusions from a new perspective and in a new way. Therefore, it is pioneering and open. In class management, I try to use creative thinking and get unexpected results. I will talk about several aspects below.
